Liveaboard cruises to the Similan and Surin National Parks
in Thailand are the highlights of diving holidays in Phuket.
Offering snow-white beaches, tropical jungle landscapes, tropical
climate above the water and spectacular dive sites in crystal
clear water conditions below the ocean. These areas deserve
a trip of at least 4 days, 4 nights and those who can commit
to longer durations will certainly reap the benefits that
these amazing dive sites have on offer, as no two dive sites
are ever the same.
Phi Phi, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang in Thailand offer divers
the chance to dive first-class sites at value for money with
less time commitment. Trips to these areas are generally for
overnight stays or maximum 3 days 3 nights, more than enough
time to soak up the glorious sunshine, the magnificent scenery
and the abundance of large and small marine life.
Some Northern Thailand Liveaboard Cruises leave from Thap
Lamu around 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Phuket mainland,
other Liveaboards leave directly from Chalong Bay only 5/10
minutes from many of the large tourist areas of Phuket including
Kata, Karon and Patong. Agent Liveaboard is located in Karon

The Northern Thailand Liveaboard Cruises are generally available
from October-May but many of the Liveaboards continue to offer
local and Southern cruises during the opposite months as you
can dive South of Phuket all year round.
Many companies rotate their Liveaboards back and forth from
Thailand to Indonesia and offer amazing trips to the Komodo
National Park leaving from Bali. The main season in Indonesia
for Liveaboard trips is June-Sept.
