Thailand Liveaboard Season 2009/2010 - We have moved!!

Sawadee Ka from Phuket, Thailand and welcome,

We are now in to our 5th year as Agent Liveaboard and enjoying every day as the seasons pass us by, especially with our move this year to our brand new dive centre based in Chalong, Phuket (500 meters from the pier) partnered with Pro-Tech Dive College. We are already open for business! It’s a large purpose built dive centre dedicated to Liveaboard bookings, technical diving and rebreather training as well as our normal PADI training and a new equipment show room. The new centre will be a hub for those in transit to their Liveaboards departing from Phuket and a chance to relax and watch DVD’s and presentations of the boats and the best diving in the Similans just hours before you set sail for your own trips. Don’t forget to purchase one of our special, limited edition t-shirts as a souvenir of your trip to Thailand when you visit we have some great new designs!

We are already taking bookings for the Similan, Thailand 2009/2010 season so make sure you get your date request in early to catch the great discounts on offer. We have also dedicated a special page to overview the Christmas 2009 and New Year 2009/10 trips as these are the most demanded dates and those which get booked up the earliest so hope you can find something that will let you swap Santa’s for Manta’s this Christmas!!

As usual the Mermaids Liveaboards continue to receive the most pre-books of the season so far and they are kicking up a stir with their fabulous Andaman Islands trips in the Indian Ocean now taking bookings for 2010/2011 already! The New SY Siren is also specializing in the Andaman Islands trips so we hope to have extended availabilities as the seasons unfold. Be sure to book early for the Mermaids and Siren Liveaboards to avoid disappointment.

We would like to welcome new-comers The Junk and Panunee to our pages, they are no strangers to the Similans but this will be the first season we have opened up the trips to Agent Liveaboard guests after inspection and issuance of our fine awards so we hope this will give you the encouragement to try them out.

Last season saw the most Rebreather Divers visiting us for Similan trips after making logistics easier and easier from our partner centre Pro-Tech Divers. The best reports for ‘Rebreather Friendly Liveaboards’ goes to Black Manta, Queen Scuba, White Manta and the Philkade so if you are looking to bring your rebreathers with you this season, check out one of these great Similan Liveaboard boats. If you have a Dive Club or a group of divers wishing to Liveaboard in Thailand please email us as there are lots of great special offers including free places, free t-shirts, free hotel places and much more.

I would like to give a special thank you to all of our guests over the last 5 years and I look forward to 5 more years (and more!) of Liveaboarding in the Similans in Thailand and of course our other great Asian destinations including Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
